For over fifteen years, Lillian Wong has exclusively represented the educational rights of students with disabilities. Ms. Wong has experience at IEP meetings, manifestation determinations, settlement negotiations, mediations, and due process hearings at the Bureau of Special Education Appeals (BSEA). For the past twelve consecutive years, she was selected to the Super Lawyer New England list for her work in School and Education Law. She regularly speaks and writes for professional and lay audiences on topics related to special education law.

Andrea Sorgi Spano is an attorney specializing in disability law, special education law, and special needs transition planning. In law school, she was honored as a Sandra Day O’Connor Scholar and served as an editor of the prestigious New England Law Review. Attorney Spano is a published legal scholar, contributing to discussions on special education law and land use planning.
Attorney Spano is an active member of Made by Dyslexia, a nonprofit group focused on raising awareness and improving the lives of individuals with dyslexia. Her dedication to the cause stems from her personal experience as a mother of a dyslexic child, a journey that inspired her transition from a successful corporate career into special education law.
Jennifer Warren
Paralegal
Ms. Warren’s professional experience is rooted in advocacy. She completed her training with the Federation for Children with Special Needs (FCSN) and the Council for Parents, Attorneys, and Advocates (COPAA). A decade plus of experience in advocating for children has provided her with a keen eye for detail required in managing, organizing, and analyzing case files. Having served on multiple non-profit boards related to education and presenting basic rights seminars to families, Ms. Warren is sensitive to the needs of families working through the special education process. She lives in the Merrimack Valley just north of Boston, MA. When she’s not working, Jennifer is practicing fiber art, spending time in nature and staying active.
